This is my first post after lurking here for several months since the Congressional hearing with Grusch last July. I’ve began to make comments after the recent Kirkpatrick Op-Ed kicking up a lot of strange behavior around here.
Doesn’t matter.
Anyway, So the UAPDA is introduced. Grusch testifies. Then the Shellenberger document appears.

Buncha crazy stuff right?
Maybe someone has already said this and I’m late, but don’t all the entries list “Pubic Domain” with links establishing where they exist in public?
UAPDA gets gutted but even in the passed version, isn’t DOD required to give answers on cases in the public domain? So, pretty much this document establishes a jumping off point for cases within the public.
I may be wrong, but don’t they have to answer for each case established in the document or decline to comment due to national security?
