So many people in this sub take everyone from Lue Elizondo, Christopher Mellon, David Grush etc etc word as gospel.
The reality is, is that these are ex intelligence and counter intelligence operatives. Why on earth would anyone trust a word that came out of their mouth. Given the history of how intelligence agencies have operated in the US.
The difference between people like this and people like Snowden and Julian Assange, is Snowden and Assange released information at their own peril because it was information the public had the right to know. And SHOULD know.
These guys (Elizondo, Mellon, Grush etc etc) have not done that. The videos they released in 2017 were already out in the public, and since then it has been a constant drum beat of “Two more weeks. Disclosure is right around the corner.”
Grush is the same. If he actually had evidence of anything he is claiming, just release it. If it is something that is so catastrophic in its nature that will reshape society as a whole. It makes what Snowden and Assange did look like play ground gossip.
And he will he the hero of the century.
Idk, I’m just tired of these guys. None of them have REALLY taken career hits. They are all famous now and sit on boards of well funded organizations.
And I bet you the whole moon, when some one like Ross Coulhart is quoting “sources” its just these guys.
I’ve read enough history about the FBI, CIA and NSA through the 20th century to today, and the last people who should ever ever ever be trusted are intelligence people. The intelligence community’s role historically has been quite literally to lie to us and sell us a narrative.
Why trust anyone who comes from that world?
I want to believe, but I can’t trust these guys.
Edit: If you knew for a fact and had evidence not only that life existed beyond this planet, but we possess technology that would completely upend the status quo in terms of free energy, interstellar travel etc
Would it matter what happened to you in the grand scheme of things?
Snowden and Assange fell on the grenade for all of us an took the hit.
These guys have the opportunity to change the world for the better, yet its always just “two more weeks.”
