I post this developing mystery story here in r/ufos as this is a new case in Finland where the officials are speculating that the cause of the mystery is something still unknown that has spread this harmful to health substance from low altitude.
In Finland on the 9th of January 2024 the yards of three “detached house” area or “single-family house” area had their snow dyed pink.
On 1st of February after laboratory analysis they have determined that large part of the substance consists potassium permanganate. The substance gives a slight odor of fuel oil or heating oil.
The pink snow was found only on the upper layers of the snow. Upon digging deeper the snow was white and unaffected. Pink snow was found also on one of the eaves of the building. There were no footprints on the snow. These findings suggests that the substance has come from the sky. However a leaking airplane has been ruled out because they fly high and with such velocity that it couldn’t dye such small concentrated area. They have determined that the substance must have come with a good hard pressure and from a low altitude. They have no candidates of the possible cause. Police is still investigating.

I tried searching the internet if potassium manganate has been mentioned along with ufos or aliens but I couldn’t find anything with a quick search. This probably has a mundane explanation but so far it seems the investigation may have come to a dead end.
