Rebranding the NDA

Sometimes all it takes is a little manipulation to get what’s needed. Not a bad thing if used for the right purpose. However most of these people who claim to to have signed such NDAs are not going to risk jail time. It’s one thing if such NDA pertained to classified information on certain people, high profile targets or operations. That being said what is claimed to be behind these NDAs isn’t someone who got shot in Iraq or a navy seal who went missing it pertains to the questions of science, laws of physics, and sustainable energy on a global scale. Big stuff but in the name of the bigger picture wouldn’t it be criminal to not bring fourth the information of the NDAs. It would take a large team of lawyers fighting the first layer of government(Supreme court) to fight on the argument that by not releasing this info it is morally wrong to prevent such sciences to take place. This doesn’t need to be in congress it needs to be in the courts. There is obviously a higher level of court being the military court and without the common public being aware their rulings supercede Supreme law. If I held one of these NDAs I wouldn’t just think about jail I’d think about the crimes against humanity I am personally committing by not releasing said information. Does anyone honestly think if you went to jail for the exposure of UFOs and ets you would get hammered by inmates. God no you’d be seen as a God, freer of worlds type thing. This needs to be in the courts and talked about how these such NDAs are withholding science. It’s in congress but still no one breaks the NDAs for risk of jail time. Why is their ever a risk of jail time for the beneficial of science. This NDA stuff breaks ny brain as I’m typing it. Hopefully this will resonate with some and further thoughts can be had.
