A thought about the future!

I have been thinking about some stuff lately. Namely, that VR is getting its time again, and it seems kinda cool. And maybe it will be popping off a bit.

I thought about how maybe with the rise of 3d or parabolic cameras, I’m not entirely sure of the correct name. By making footage better translated to VR devices, you might get footage that people can watch from the viewer’s complete perspective. As it is now, we can potentially fall prey to perspective tricks in two dimensions; it’s just a reality that some stuff is indeed fake while others hold up.

Imagine that type of camera, one that can capture an image in three dimensions, becoming so common that the norm is to see them in a way where you can get closer to experiencing what they saw. When you combine satellite data, it can indeed be like you’re there. With LLMs maybe becoming a thing all of this could be incorporated into the ability to investigate ‘virtually’ these scenes. The ability to gather site data with instruments would also be pretty tight, bringing me another thought.

If you care about something I think people should have a kit for it. And if you care about disclosure— you see where I’m going with this? Is this spoken about? I imagine every UAP/UFO sub having their take on the investigatory go-bag. Lol.

What is your opinion on the impact of commercial surveillance on our ability to trust evidence? And can you foresee a future where you can remotely investigate an event to a higher rate of satisfaction than we currently possess?

What are your thoughts on what should be included in a modern investigator’s kit? I believe miniature weather stations would be a great addition. Do you discuss this topic frequently? I think it would be beneficial to establish standard investigation methods and incorporate widely accepted tools into the kit. Please don’t accuse me of cosplaying as X-files without first understanding how fun that would be. Love. -Gomer
