Slightly Ambivalent Opinion on the UF0s-as-“Threat” Framework

For U.S. citizens I think there’s a dilemma here that almost warrants having two contrary opinions about whether the source of UFOs is a “threat.” On the one hand, the “threat” canard is provably bullshit (see below if need catching up), but on the other hand, the threat canard is also currently the most politically expedient way to get more congressional oversight and also more transparency and accountability to the voting citizenry. It’s also the only way to get the military to fess up to anything, is if it’s understood as a threat, and even then they lie so pathetically.

Still, it seems there’s a dangerous escalation inherent in such a course, however expedient, whereby we get more official acknowledgment but only by virtue of the moral force of “responsibility to protect the citizenry from a threat.” If the source of UFOs intends there to be more public acknowledgement starting yesterday, and the leaders of our society will only do so within “a threat matrix,” then it’s possible the Superior Intelligences we’re so clumsily interacting with will have no choice but to be the threat our leaders are inadvertently demanding. (Hopefully inadvertent…gulp)

That’s why I call this a slight ambivalence. It would be so much easier if the government just admitted that the controlling source behind UFOs is peaceful and intelligent and that our oligarchy is destructive and stupid. Just admit it! It’s not like we don’t know.
