I’m new to this subject and still catching up, so bear with me. Can I made the case that maybe these beings are not interdimensional? Is there any room left that they might be from Mars, Venus, or, for all the world, the moon? I know these are hostile environments but the benefits would be:
No need to explain inter-stellar let alone interdimensional travel. They’re not coming from so far away. If their environments are really that hostile, I imagine it would take great technology to survive and travel to earth. It’s not implausible that their technology could make us hallucinate, or misperceive what we’re looking at, when they walk through walls and such.
Or could they be some other sentient species that are native to earth? That somehow escaped our detection?
The trouble I have with the interdimensional hypothesis is it doesn’t fix the Fermi Paradox. If aliens are from another dimension, where are all the physical ones in this universe?
But I’m not closed to interdimensional, mind you. I just still don’t understand why ufologists have suddenly switched over to that hypothesis. By the by, is anyone here interested in the Shroud of Turin, and its potential of some unknown interdimensional reality? On my honor, I am not selling religion, please no one pull this thread in that direction. It’s just a very curious object, and I didn’t expect there to be so much science around it. It hasn’t completely convinced me that these beings are interdimensional, but it made me more open to the possibility.
Can someone, patient with noobs, “debunk” the theory that they’re simply from our own solar system? Or even from earth?
