This happened over 10 years ago but I remember it vividly. We were at the vacation in Bulgaria I was at the beach and I saw in a distance shot up small disk object into air. ( I would say it was approximately few kilometres away from place where I was standing. It looked like a disc and it was shiny Metalic color. After 20 minutes I lost sigh of it, but I watched it slowly moving away from me. ( I have no idea what it could be maybe a dron but that won’t explain speed which it lifted off )
