What if the phenomenon is nothing?

What if it is just a combination of astronomical phenomena, black projects (100% terrestrial), grade-A grifters, and disinformation aimed at State enemies and/ or the public??

Carl Jung’s perspective on UFOs postulated that they are serving as modern replacements for traditional concepts like guardian angels. In an era where belief in traditional gods and angels is ridiculous, constructing a technological deity in the form of UFOs could symbolize our collective desire for salvation from threats like nuclear catastrophe or climate Armageddon… I mean, the amount of threads I see hoping they deliver us from our collective misery is concerning. They are interested in Nuclear silos? They are warning our children that we need to take care of our planet? Are these not obvious reflections of our own anxieties?

This is a UFO sub; discussion about what they might represent psychologically should be fair game, don’t downvote out of hand… please consider it.

This new modern UFO revival, starting with that famous nytimes article in 2018, which has gone on to produce figures like Luis Elizondo, Avi Loeb, Garry Nolan, Ross Coulhart, and of course David Grusch, has yet to provide anything truly conclusive… it’s all hearsay and wait-and-see…

So the topic of discussion for my fellow UFO enthusiasts is: what if it’s nothing?
