Questions for our dear friend Mr. Steven Greenstreet

I was watching Steven Greenstreet’s recent NY Post video the other day during lunch time and I tried to watch it from a regular person’s angle (by removing my UFO believer tin-foil hat). Greenstreet has covered events in the UFO world from a specific angle and he primarily talks about how a group of UFO enthusiasts have convinced Congress to pass laws on UFOs. Personally, I am quite tired of our UFO hype merchant brigade who are all-talk and offer no evidence and I can totally understand how normal people view the UFO world as a bunch of charlatans leading a cult of sorts. Since people like Grusch, Elizondo, Mellon and others have simply not bothered providing evidence, you can certainly make a case for this (from a very objective angle). Personally, I don’t quite fully agree with his assessment as it only looks at the complete picture from a very specific angle.

However, the fact remains that Elizondo, Mellon, Grusch, Stratton and others burst onto the scene after Dec 2017. It is not as if they started talking about UFO for the first time in Dec 2017, thereby exposing the world to a new paradigm. The truth is that the phenomenon predates them by close to a century (at least). Ordinary people from all walks of life have seen these things in the skies (and seas) for decades and these people have openly shared what they have witnessed in the skies. There is very little tangible evidence from these sightings, but the fact remains that some very intriguing cases have been recorded in history. A lot of us old-timers were drawn to this field through these eyewitness accounts and not by people like Elizondo, Mellon and others. So, forgetting the ‘UFO cabal influencing Congress’ for a moment, I want to ask Steven the following questions –

1) What is Steven’s opinions on these eyewitness sightings? Steven first started the Basement Office series covering a lot of eyewitness cases like these. The beauty of these eyewitness reports is that the people involved generally openly share their sighting details without a second’s hesitation. They don’t hide behind DOPSR clearances and under the ‘national security’ safety blanket. There are hundreds of intriguing sightings and Steven covered a few of them with Nick Pope in the early years of the Basement Office. What does Steven think about the UFO cases that he covered in the past on Basement Office? I want to know his current opinion on eyewitness testimonies by ordinary people.

2) Steven has spoken in detail about the UFO sighting at night (large black triangle?) that he had many years ago. I remember seeing a video where he went back to that location during day time and provided a very good overview of what he saw and when he saw it and the flight characteristics of the craft. It was a very good recount of a prior event and I got a good understanding of what he must have experienced that night. In other words, Steven is himself an eyewitness to something that has been seen by thousands of people over time. What does Steven think of this incident now?

3) Lastly, in the video, Steven himself agrees that no one in the mainstream media is picking up on the thread that he is trying to pull. Other than active UFO debunkers and skeptics who agree with Steven’s assessment, even ordinary people are not moved by these videos enough to ask questions of the ‘UFO cabal’ and Congress. I wanted to get Steven’s opinion on this. Why is this the case? Most regular people (non-UFO crowd) seem apathetic towards it and don’t really care for it. Why is it that your reporting hasn’t been picked up by anyone yet? Have you asked your employers to run with the story (as it is an important one)? What did your editors say?
