Trio Of Lights, Nothing Between Them. Thoughts?

So, this weird thing happened around October/November of 2023. For context, I live in a pretty secluded neighborhood in Ohio with a couple of different routes I can take to drive home. This one particular night, I decided to exit off the main highway and drive a curvy, backroad route that would go from woods to a big valley where my old school district stands. There’s a big orchard with a few bluffs and a couple of rows of apple trees scattered about that would filter any nearby lights. It’s about 7:30 or so with the sun setting behind the distant hills ahead, and as I’m just past the last little bluff in front of the middle school, I see for maybe a third of a second a trio of bright, white lights in the sky dead ahead. My first thought was that it was a reflection from lights behind me (I.e. headlights way behind me as I crested the little hill), but I glanced into my mirrors and there were no lights at angles to do so. These mystery orbs didn’t move either. They just popped in, hung there for not even half a second, then popped out. There was no visible shape or structure between the lights in the sky, the only stars out were behind me, and they looked to be angled so that dead-on they would be at perfect 60 degree angles (a perfect triangular arrangement). I pulled off to the side of the road and checked my phone’s compass, and it showed 335 degrees NW, and they seemed to be at about 25-30 degrees azimuth. To this day, I’ve never figured out what they were. A friend of mine said they sounded like a “Deimos?” which he explained is a harbinger of death. Well, a few days later I spun out and nearly died on the same route. Anyway, ramble aside, I was wondering if anyone else has had an experience like that.
