Strange orb, star?

I saw this very strange object while in the middle of the Pacific ocean, on a cruise ship to Mexico.

The quality of video recording is terrible but I slowed down the speed of the video to try and get a better look at it, and toward the end of the video, I looks like you could see a face in it. My mom noticed it when I showed her the video. Strangest thing I’ve ever seen in my life!
