Object captured by friend, would love some feedback.

So a friend sent me this image supposedly captured during a random sky gazing session. According to her, this was not visible to naked eye, and only noticed upon review. She stated the photo was unedited, no adjustments made etc. But I am NOT (repeat am NOT) a photographer/editor and have a very cursory understanding of photography, so I was hoping someone may have an explanation as to what I’m looking at here.
