Who are we suing:

DOD, US PTO ,DOE, CIA, major Defense contractors (Lockheed Martin, Battelle Memorial institute)

For what:

DOE NNSA: misapplication of the law, Atomic Secrecy Act.

USPTO: misapplication of the law, Invention Secrecy Act.

DOD,DOE, CIA: Overreach of Authority, excess and unnecessary use of violence against harmless domestic dissent and whistleblowers who used legal methods to whistleblow, misuse of secrecy to silence victims of sexual assault and workplace abuse and to stifle Scientific Research by withholding data, hardware, software under the false pretense of national security.

GAO: Severe Negligence of official duties.

Major Defense Contractors(Lockheed and Battele): Fraud towards Shareholders in the false pretense of national security.

Planned funding methods of the Lawsuit:

-multiple US and worldwide, UFO community wide fund raisers

-A ad campaign to gather fund

Who will represent us in court:

-if we have enough funds, a major or multiple law firms

Evidence gathering:

-A mix of victim testemonies, use of the exploratory system.

-Anyone who comes out with evidence to court.

-if possible on field investigation with public help from congress.
