How to film UAP?

I live in the artic and I regularly witness UAP. If you go out at night it’s not a matter of “if” you will see one but when. I’ve tried filming with my phone and it’s trash. The footage makes it look like a bugs reflection and would only give debunkers more credibility. I don’t really have a budget right now. I am very serious about saving money for the right equipment as I want to share what I see very regularly. I would to live stream too!
