Thoughts on UFO Propulsion

I was just listening to one of the SOL foundation presentations and I had a thought that could potentially make sense of the way these things travel through space. There are several things about them that defy our current understanding of physics, such as breaking the sound barrier with no sonic boom, moving through different mediums without any resistance, using massive amounts of energy that seemingly appears from and dissipates to nowhere, etc. What if this is because these objects actually AREN’T moving through space at all (well, they still would be, but they could be moving at only 5MPH and our observations would still be the same), but rather we are witnessing them (almost) ONLY moving through time?

Imagine that the object is only moving at 5MPH, but we are watching it do so in fast-forward. If they had a way to manipulate time in this way, this would completely explain why there is no sonic boom, how they can enter/leave water with no splash and only little apparent speed difference. It would also potentially explain how they seemingly harness massive amounts of energy – in reality, if moving through time doesn’t require huge amounts of energy, then they could potentially be performing these actions with amounts of energy that are currently available to humans.

The more I think about it, the more it seems to make sense, and seemingly explains all of the “5 observables”, and more. It would explain their ability to move at any speed, through any medium, without the common signs of propulsion that we would expect to observe. It would explain their ability to seemingly disappear in the blink of an eye.

What other observable features might this explain? What ideas might I be overlooking or missing as I ponder this? I’d love to hear other peoples thoughts and feedback.
