Is it Possible Tucker Carlson Told Putin About US UAP Program?

I know Tucker Carlson has gleaned information about the UAP program from people with actual knowledge – he said it himself, hence his “too far out there… the public couldn’t handle it” etc. Then he goes to Russia to “interview” Putin. I’m wondering if the topic came up off air and if he told him what HE was told, which most likely involves more in-depth facts than what we’re all privy to. A week or so later, boom, space nukes? I’d probably need a yardstick to help draw a line between those two dots, but it’s possible he did. It’s possible Putin now knows most, if not more than our gov. knows. By government, I mean like, the 12 or so people running this secret cabal.
