Before I go into this, I just wanna make it clear that this is my personal story about a UFO sighting. This is a no way shape or form a fake story. I am a skeptic with most things in life to the point that it drives my opened minded wife insane. I have no proof or evidence to support my claim, but I swear on everything in my life that I actually experienced this event.
It was around spring break during my second year in college, at the time I was back home visiting my parents. My college girlfriend at the time was in New York with her college roommate, visiting her roommate’s family. At the time we would speak over phone at night before bed. My parent’s home was small and so sometimes I would have to step out to speak with her as to not bother my family with our convos. One night I decided to go into my car and speak with her on the phone. We spoke on the phone for several hours to the point where I decided to lay down in the back of my car and look up at the night sky through the back windshield.
While laying down in the backseat of my car and talking on the phone, I decided to focus my eyes on some of the night stars in the sky. For context, we lived very close to LA and south of Pasadena in a little city called El Sereno. Most nights you could barely see any stars but there were usually a few you could see at times. Anyways, my eyes shifted and focus on one particular star in the sky. I don’t know why my eyes locked on to this one star but I stared at it for a few minutes and then something happened.
Out of nowhere, the star began to grow brighter, and started to move. At this point, I realized it wasn’t a star. The light made a movement similar to the Nike logo of a swoosh. Right before shooting into space, like a space ship going into light speed. I immediately went into shock and disbelief. I couldn’t move and had a sense of fear come over me
Again, I reiterate, I am a skeptic at heart, but I hold true that this actually occurred. It is the only time I’ve ever seen a UFO.
