Did i see a circular ufo? Did not manage to get a photo but looked like the one in the post

Hello r/ufo’s My name is M and im 18 years old in Socal area and the weather is horrible so let me get to it me and my dad Who name is also named M who is in his 60s were on the roof placing a tarp at 5:35 5:40 PM ish and im climbing back up and stop at the top step when something catches my eye a grey ish/ silverish orb just floating and i kept looking NW and it was going in a perfect horizontal Line South for about three minutes about when it turns west and picks up speed. I was astonished because of the speed it left like you see it then its gone my dad thought it was a balloon but then quickly changed his mind did i see a UAP? I feel like the ick because this happened after i had two days of sleep paralysis when i slept in my sisters room and then woke up and saw my rooms ceiling with the particular vent then back in her room.
