So it has often been rumoured that Russia have either developed in isolation, or through reverse engineered UAP technology, a weapon which uses some form of radiation/energy to cause ‘Havana syndrome’.
The first cases in Havana, Cuba, occured against American Diplomats after the warming of relations between US and Cuba. Cuba historically being a strong Russian ally, the accusation has been that Russia has been responsible for either deliberately injuring these people, or using espionage equipment that inadvertently injured these people. there have been many cases since, mostly American diplomatic staffers, spread across the globe.
Rumours have circulated that Russia may have developed an energy weapon based on reversed engineered UAP technology, partly because there are many accounts that are similar to Havana Syndrome, from people who have reportedly been injured after UAP encounters. Apparently the energy weapons (for lack of a better term) used by UAP, or simply being too close to craft, injures people for unknown reasons related to propulsion or otherwise.
We know that Russia intends to send a new satellite into orbit, which supposedly has a nuclear reactor and is able to function as an electronic warfare device to interfere with US satellite communications.
Tinfoil hat time (because it protects against Havana Syndrome /s), what if they have scaled this technology up? What if the power from the reactor isn’t used to interfere with satellite communications, but instead is an energy weapon capable of directing energy down to the earth?
I am 98% sure this is improbable, but I have to admit, that nagging 2% is still enough to raise my eyebrows.
