A light keeps appearing at this spot every few nights.

This light keeps appearing this is Dutchess county New York Stormville area. I first thought it was a star, but the rest of the stars in the horizon keep moving. Actually, the Earth turns so they really stay still, but that one particular light flickers on and off sometimes but just sits there this has been happening for a few years already and this is the first time I decided to record it, this is in Dutchess county New York Stormville area!
