A civilian network to track UAP?

First off, maybe this is a thing already and I’m just not aware.

I was wondering if with the wide availability of versatile and relatively easy to use things like high def webcams, raspberry pi, and advanced in AI — why isn’t there a networked set of raspberry pi or otherwise controlled HD webcams that can stream, correlate objects against the flight radar tracking, and start picking out the things that truly are UAP?

I would think some pioneering computer tech people who are also into the phenomenon would come up with a way to do this, but maybe I’m just totally unrealistic.
