Based on your own research… what do you think NHI purpose is here and why?

I’ve always wondered what theories other people have on this topic. I personally believe these “beings” are here for a bad reason. Something in my gut feeling tells me nothing is positive on what these things are and their purpose here on earth. I want to believe that they don’t have any bad intentions and most likely good since they’re intelligent. Realistically what do we have to offer these beings for them to mean no harm.
