Nightmare or reality?

I recall my bedroom at the time had a door that lead to the side yard of my parents house. One Nighy I heard the door opening but I was paralyzed in bed. Later I found out that I was having night paralyze or night terrors. I recall seeing 3 small Grey beings walk Into my room in a straight line. Then they all turn towards me. All I could do is watch in terror as they approach but I couldn’t move or scream. Then one of the creatures got close to my face and I recall those big oval black eyes. I suddenly jumped sweating like never before and with the urge to pee but I was afraid of getting up. I managed to turn on the lights and go to the bathroom. When I walked back I checked the door and found it unlocked. Now I have told many people including a psychologist that I believe that to be a nightmare but many said that it was too vivid to be a dream. Now what do you all believe
