I was abducted by aliens. How can I go on living a good life?

Last month, I was abducted by aliens. I was sleeping in bed and before I knew it, I was beamed up to a spacecraft. Inside, there was nothing fancy. The ship didn’t have any seams or rivets, very simple ship. At the center of the ship, there was some kind of gravity machine that the ship used for travel.

The creatures were small with big eyes. They kept touching my face and ran tests. They did probe me which was extremely painful, I haven’t been able to walk right since but I’m getting better everyday.

How do I keep on living? I’m afraid to be abducted again.
