This is how AARO does their investigations, is this a joke?

The claim is that there is a reverse engineering program with aerospace companies.

But what does AARO do? They ask these companies nicely and they say there is no reverse engineering program, and aaro takes there word and leaves. This is not a investigation. This is worst then blue book and the condem report. Either AARO is dumb or they are a disinformation agency.
