Fund for Disclosure

Straight off the bat, I’m a skeptic.

My question to this community is this: why not crowdfund a disclosure fund?

If the threat of imprisonment or reprisal is so high, why not follow in the footsteps of the funds out there to prove paranormal activity and give these whistle blowers a chance at some serious money?

If disclosure is as significant as you all believe it to be, why not front some money to grant a prize to someone that can provide some evidence to prove reverse engineering of offworld technology?

I personally would be happy to stake some money into a project like this as I’m pretty confident the grant won’t be won but if it is, I’d rather lose the money and welcome the evidence.
