What do y’all think of this article/Any suggestions for a better one?

I’m writing a research paper for my English class on UAP, and as I was looking for an article that gave a brief history of the phenomenon as a source for my intro, I came across this:

What do y’all think of it? It definitely seems biased towards the skeptical perspective in my opinion, but for those of you who have a better understanding of 20th century UFO history than I do, what does it leave out? Also, does anyone have any better sources for the history of the phenomenon? I’m looking for something that tries to stay fairly objective and refrains from too much speculation on either side. Thank you!!!
