This Select Committee, if enabled by House Speaker, Mike Johnson, would grant its members and staff access to Waived Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (WUSAPs).

This committee would also (potentially) grant its members and staff ‘subpoena power’, which would allow them to call anyone with knowledge of these programs to testify in public hearings.
