Patel Institute Report?

I was watching a rather… enthusiastic UFO Documentary.

And one of the talking heads on it mentioned something called the ‘Patel Institute Report.’ And it was allegedly a document from the US Government stating that they were influencing media and news stations to make UFO sightings and people that see UFOs seem crazy.

Now, given the Documentary made gigantic leaps in logic with a lot of its claims, I wouldn’t surprise me if this person just made this up.

But I was curious and looked it up and found… nothing. Is this ‘Patel Institute Report’ something anybody has heard of and can verify?
