The recent NYC UFO reminds me of Dr Robert Shiepe and swarming UAPs

Over a year ago Dr Robert Shiepe caught on his slow mo camera rig UAPs swarming many aircraft over San Diego. I imagine this kind of activity is occurring all over the country around bases and airports. In this case it seems a passenger caught the swarming from the plane.
