My son said to post this here, sighting I saw on the Nextdoor app in Southern California on 3/27/24

Not my video, screen recorded from the Nextdoor app that was posted around 8-9PM on 3/27/24 in Agoura Hills, California. I can possibly get a copy of the original video since I know the person that posted it. My son said most likely a plane because of the flashing lights but it still looks pretty weird and all of you would be able to identify it pretty quickly.
