Not sure why I’ve never heard of this classic case from 1947. Fascinating and absolutely bonkers that the guy who reported the incident was tied to JFK’s assassination through association with a suspect?! This channel Think Anomalous has been doing some great work. I’m close enough to Maury Island and now want to visit the beaches to see what may be out there, if just to get out of town for a bit. Hopefully it’s not private land. Has anyone here been there, been diving near the area? Be cool to learn of any expeditions to the site of where the slag was supposedly dropped.
