Remember robert monroe with his out-of-body travels into other dimensions? Their youtube channel posted the audio of someone (guided by monroe) describing travelling in a “capsule” through the universe, inside earth, the oceans, etc. Is this actually how UFOs travel?

You may think this all happens in someones mind. Even if that were the case, it shows the amazing abilities of mind, to basically create and then travel throughout the universe (and into other dimensions/realities), see and feel things as if its entirely real.

It could also be that this is actually how NHI operate UFOs, that this is what its like to travel in them.
