I love stargazing in general, and my wife has recently gotten very interested in UFOs. I’ve always wanted to take her to an area that’s good for stargazing, and now I think it would be fun to try to combine it with some low-expectation UFO hunting. When I posed the idea to her, her main requirement was that wherever we stay should have a decent bathroom, so a full blown camping trip with just a tent in the middle of nowhere isn’t going to happen, but I don’t think that takes too many options away from us. We might also combine the trip with visiting some nearby attractions, although for me the main purpose will be the stargazing.
Do you folks have any location suggestions for us? In the unlikely scenario that we see a UFO, what kind of evidence should we try to collect? (I love science and data.) What else should I be asking about?
I’m sure this must have been asked here before, but I couldn’t find anything.
