What music – How the CIA and Air Force created the UFO Stigma (Red Panda Koala)

I would love to use this music in my own UAP documentaries at some point, and its difficult to find the right type of music without making it too cheesy or too spooky. I feel like this is a good balance of that, and its non copyrighted so that helps too. If anyone knows that would be great.
