I wish I had a picture to go along with it, but I couldn’t get one of the actual object, but I was coming home from work at roughly 8 o’clock Eastern Time and I see this big silver sphere of light brighter than a star almost dead ahead. Mind you, it’s still partially daylight, but this thing was bright and it hovered in place next to a couple little clouds. It disappeared for a couple seconds, reappeared then disappeared again. It didn’t go behind the clouds and it didn’t move like an airplane or have visible navigation lights. AFAIK the nearest airfield to me hardly ever has flights over the actual town whatsoever. 289 degrees west from where I was on the side of the road watching for it again, same spot in the sky I saw another orb a month or two ago. This makes a total of three UFO sightings within about five miles of my hometown in about six months, give or take a week.
