Southwest FL taken by my mom a few years ago

Always discussing the topic of UFO/UAP and all the other phenomenon with family. My mom told me just the other day that she came across an older photo she took while on our way back from the beach one day. We live in SWFL and she says she thinks this was taken in 2016 but it could have been a couple years later also. Mom is 73, raised Catholic but totally open to the topic. Just thought I’d share. Sure does look strange!
