Blue = NHI in SAP lingo?

Many “alien” related programs both acknowledged and alleged over the last century use the word “Blue.” Blue Book, Blue Beam, Blue Lab, Have Blue, etc etc etc. Could blue be an understood phrase for those in the know on these sorts of programs that blue (in these contexts) means NHI?

Blue Book? The official public narrative or “book” on “blue.”
Blue Beam? Where we beam images of “blue” to spark a mass event for whatever means.
Blue Lab? Of course, the lab where blue biologics and accessories end up.
Have Blue? Skunkworks finally “had” some “blue” tech they were able to reverse engineer, and thus finally have the “blue” tech.

Any others you guys know of? Any reason this may be? Also, I know Jason Sands is out there saying he talked to blue aliens. Anything else though?
