Why don’t craft crash in heavily populated areas?

Hi All,

I’ve been researching the UFO topic for years and I’m convinced there’s a very real, and of course elusive, quality to it.

One question has always bugged me though and I’m yet to hear a convincing enough explanation.

Why do UFOs always seem to crash or land in remote locations, deserts, oceans, sparsely populated areas or places where military or intelligence services can quickly and easily cordon the area off and remove the object?

Why don’t UFOs crash in city centres or major metropolitan areas, somewhere where thousands of people would instantly witness it – whatever it is?
