Extra dimensions the reason for Area 51 location?

I’ve found it odd that there’s a lot of sightings, crashes etc. that apparently involve aliens and UFOs, in close proximity to where most people believe that secret technology test flights are conducted.

The increased UFO sightings would make sense, but why would they involve alien biologics?

With David Grusch mentioning that he believes they may exist in a higher dimension, something that was re-iterated in the SKIF, what if Area 51 is located where it is because of what is located in ‘the same spot’ I n a higher dimension?

Some type of lab , spaceport or highly populated area for instance.

What if whatever the craft use for propulsion creates a link to our dimension when it becomes unstable, such as in the Las Vegas Backyard incident (another incident close to Area 51) and that is why they are so interested in our nuclear technology, as it tears into their dimension in a similar way.
