If someone were to capture legitimate UFO/alien evidence with a phone, what’s the likelihood of something happening?

As in federal agents showing at their door, the recording/media itself malfunctioning, the extraterrestrials themselves retrieving it, etc? I know most people on reddit are “too technical” and have a disbelief in everything to believe such things exist but if they did, what do you think would actually happen to the evidence? Would they continue to live? We’ve all heard them stories of the “Men In Black” and the of the recordings malfunctioning somehow due to airwaves or something from the craft itself. Do you think it’s possible actual footage was already released and something happened to the person? If you’re just going to comment “they don’t exist so it doesn’t matter” or something likewise, save your time and energy and just go to a different post. This is hypothetical and seems like an interesting conversation to have. Thanks and hope everyone is doing good.
