Leaked DoD paper: Authors Identified

You can view the repost of this from a few days ago here. I originally did a half-decent analysis of this when it came out in 2021 and you can check that out here. I am going to share the parts which relate to my recent findings:

Authors:

All 3 names might have been changed. I still am not entirely 100% sure about any of these names, but I’m getting more sure with each overlap I find.

S. McCarren is Hillary S. McCarren, who worked on Epilepsy pathways in the brain for the Army

K. Shibakoya is K. Shiba (Koya Shiba) who is an immunology/pathology big-wig in Japan

M. Harmen might actually be Eloise M Harman who is a top VA doctor in Florida. (pulmonologist, aka lung doctor). Florida VA doctor is where the Havana syndrome people went to, as can be seen here.

Note that all three of these individuals work in health related fields. Also note that Garry Nolan primarily works in immunology/pathology and that his Havana stuff focuses on the Caudate Putamen which is highly linked to epilepsy. This suggests the ‘Blackout Flower’ report might be related to epileptic seizures (blackouts) or similar neural dysfunction.

For the folks who keep saying “you can’t trust anything from 4chan” :

The goal post keeps moving. In the beginning, no one could figure out the acronyms and were saying it was fake because of them. I not only found the acronyms, but was able to identify that it was a congressional document (the FR part of the AR-FR). Another argument was that none of these names were legitimate. I have dispelled that argument as well by demonstrating that these aren’t just names, but are the very authors mentioned in the document. Having an army scientist and a VA doctor mentioned in the AR-FR army document is a minute detail that isn’t just a random 4chan larper. Mentioning these chemical pathways while citing the guy on the board of Japan’s immunology is very detailed. Their similar career fields to Nolan’s is more than coincidence.
