Everyone keeps harping on the need for government to do disclosure. But why aren’t any of the UFOs/UAPs/NHI doing anything to indicate their presence to the civilian populace?

I strongly hope the UAPs are real. And if so, why aren’t any of them making themselves known to anyone other than those in the armed forces?

Aren’t they equally “responsible” for disclosure to happen?

Just because we happen to “know” the people in government, we tend to look towards them alone for answers. Thoughts?
