Perception

Native Americans thought Columbus/other white visitors were supposedly thought of as gods upon arriving. They were not understood, had exotic “technology”, etc. This is probably obvious to some, but perhaps that perception parallels UAPs and humanity perceiving our past/current visitors as God’s as well. Hopefully we don’t have the same fate as the Native Americans did.
