Proximity of UAP’s

I just want to briefly start by saying that I’m undecided if NHI have visited earth and have abducted people etc.

My main gripe with UAP’s being spotted is the proximity of encounters.

Why is it often the case that they are at a distance where its not discernable what it is.

If these craft are coming from another dimension, why are they never spawning I’m (for lack of a better term) why are they never just floating above a harbour or the ones at sea that are spotted by fishermen and military folk, its always just out of reach so as not to be able to identify it.

Any thoughts on this?
