Want to believe – however, UFOs are failing to add up the more we learn, and more our technology speeds up:
1. Aliens are seen, but don’t want to ‘really’ be seen 2. They tend to congregate (or are witnessed) around military installations where there’s a higher chance of being sighted 3. Military industrial complex hasn’t come out with any advanced tech in the last 30 years. You would expect this alien reversed engineering to appear here first. (please don’t mention fiber optics or transistors which have an easy history of evolution to follow 4. Elon and others that are spending billions (NASA) don’t seem to have any access to this advanced power sources or tech either 5. No alien tech has made it into the battlefield – the military loves to try their toys out (even discreetly) 6. Psychological factors in humans are well documented, we see patterns in nature that aren’t there. Probably most religious people still believe and attribute things to ‘miracles’ and also believe in a bearded, white male god (among others). We’re not so sophisticated. 7. We have a well documented history of hoaxing each other for fun and profit. Look at our current whistleblowers, all a bunch of screw-ups honestly. Not one of them is bullet-proof. 8. In the same vein – humans always seek a savior; be it god, Superman or heroes, and now aliens – they will come with their high tech, earth-saving mandates and cure cancer and save us. 9. Biological issues: do we really think Gray aliens can just walk around and breathe earth atmosphere, and neither suffer from our bacteria and virus, nor give any of their own? Not to mention the myriad of other aliens? You just take Europeans and move them to America and there were mass die-offs. 10. Finally, just like Loch Ness, Bigfoot, Faeries, and elves – the no-proof thing adds up to being just fiction in the end.
If you watched the Why Files the other week about the free energy devices that got their creators killed. We’re talking an 80yr period. It seems more likely that:
Govt didn’t just scoop this tech up and stick it on a shelf. Instead they’ve been working with the power/antigrav for most of the last century. A lot of proof to back this up. 80 years can see a lot of progress – esp with advent of computers, seems a reasonable-fiction they might have vehicles or drones that reach these speeds A better reason for them to be around military bases and interact with traditional aircraft, and of course to be seen but not known
The UFO whistleblowers and confusion makes fantastic cover. Why not play that angle up.
Dunno.
.
My father who retired from NASA said as much before he passed. This is far from proof, but just said they were advanced man-made craft, not alien in any way.
.
What’s easier to swallow, that we’re being visited by aliens or a small slice of those-who-cant-be-named have been working on tech they won’t let the public have for the last 80 years. We’ve seen this play out many times already when it comes to nuclear tech, aircraft and weapons.
Pair that with absolutely no concrete evidence in the last 100 years, not even 1 alien Soylent bottle left laying around, not one alien loafer stuck in the mud, not one alien who was taking a selfie at Grand Canyon, tripped and found by tourists at the bottom.
.
Then add in the myriad of ‘stories’ from abductees and UFO experiencers – tall and blonde, short and hairless, gray, brown, light blue, big eyes, hairy, black suits, silver suits, naked, four armed / 3 legged robots, hybrids etc – is earth the comic-con of the galaxy?
Makes more sense that the regular shapes people see in sky – triangle, tick-tack are man-made. Now as to who has the tech, who has been developing it, and how they’ve managed to keep it mostly secret is another question.
.
Thoughts?
