Kirkpatrick caught lying again in interview. Claims he had both Title 10 and 50 authorities. Yet in April 2023 Kirkpatrick testified he only had Title 10 and requested additional authorities. Sen Gillibrand offered to add those to FY2024 NDAA. Which passed in Dec 2023, after Kirkpatrick retired.
