It’s a documentary about an investigative journalist who was investigating government corruption. He ended up dying in an apprent suicide but it was suspicious. The current documentary maker started looking into what he was investigating and met with his sources and was untangling this Web of secrets that linked to several different murders, the cia etc. The sources kept saying their lives were in danger and slowly releasing bits more secrets that led to more links and more conspiracies.
The point is that eventually the current documentary maker just realised that it was all bullshit. That the sources were just mentality unwell and were just making up more and more confusing lies probably due to some mental health issue. He realised what likely happened the original reporter who died was that he was broke and finally realised he wasted years of his life on stories he realised were bullshit, got depressed and killed himself.
It strikes me that the whole UAP sphere is so like this. All the “authorities” greer, lue, coulthard etc are like the sources who kept promising more information and would release small pieces of information that just lead to more questions and confusion.
