UFOs flying around nuclear weapons “shutting them down”, what exactly does this mean?

This is something I’ve heard stated many times. There’s been situations where UFO flew around some nuclear silo or nuclear weapon or something and what was reported was “It all shut down”, or something to that effect.

Do we know exactly what is happening when they say things like “everything went down” or whatever?

Does that mean the monitoring equipment we have monitoring the nuke went down?

Does that mean the computer within the nuke goes down?

Like what actually is meant when that is said? It doesn’t sound like the nuclear weapons themselves are damaged, or otherwise inoperable. The implication to me seems to imply some type of system issue with either the monitoring or the launching of said weapon and not the weapon itself

Do we have any specific knowledge of these events and what happened particularly?
